Mod Installation Instructions If a mod name is colored yellow it means that the mod is completely subjective and may not be suited for everyone. It can be skipped without any problems. If a mod is colored red it means that the mod may be performance intensive on lower-end systems. It can be skipped without any problems. When the guide says to install a mod, it will be formatted as follows: Main File - Example 1.5. This is referring to the mod's category on Nexus and file name. The guide will list a mod's specific file name, category, and version if you need to do more than just download the latest main file.
Standard mod installation procedure: Unless instructed otherwise by the guide, download a mod's latest main file using the Mod Manager Download button.
Once the download has finished, open Downloads tab in MO2 (Right pane, below executable selector).
Double click on the mod to install it.
Enable the mod on the left pane.
Sometimes, a mod will not have a Mod Manager Download, or will be hosted on a site other than Nexus. If that is the case, do the following: Click the Manual Download button (Or whatever the download button is for the respective site).
Once the download has finished, click the button at the top of MO2.
From the new window, navigate to where the file was downloaded to and double-click it.
Finish the install as you would with a Mod Manager Download mod.
Fallout 3 and Fallout: New Vegas use slightly different versions of the GECK, so make sure you download the correct version. You can no longer download the GECK from the Official Site, so use the direct download below.
Some PC issues are hard to tackle, especially when it comes to corrupted repositories or missing Windows files. If you are having troubles fixing an error, your system may be partially broken. We recommend installing Restoro, a tool that will scan your machine and identify what the fault is.Click here to download and start repairing.
Known as F4SE, this allows more script-heavy mods to work for Fallout 4. You can download it with the link below. Drop the contents of the file to your Fallout 4 root directory. Launch the script extender instead of the Fallout4.exe file whenever you want to use its features. Should you use a mod manager like MO2, you'll need to add F4SE as an executable file and launch it through your mod manager.
With these binary files, you'll want to head to your Fallout 4 root directory. Open up the binary files you downloaded. Double-click on the "WrapperVersion" folder. Drop the following files into your Fallout 4 root directory:
Now that your binaries are installed, download an ENB off the Nexus website. You want to select "Manual Download" for an ENB. Once downloaded, open up the ENB. You'll want to drop all of the mod's files into your Fallout 4 root directory. If it needs to override any files, allow the ENB to do so.
Your game can perform exponentially worse if you're using certain .ini settings after installing multiple graphic or script-heavy mods. In these situations, it's best to check your .ini files. BethINI is a fantastic tool for configuring your .ini files quickly, giving a noticeable performance increase for older PCs. You can download BethINI here.

Once you've created an account and installed the manager, log into your Nexus account in the manager to enable direct downloads. To login, click on the profile icon in the bottom-left corner of the manager window - keep in mind, the popup may open behind the main NMM program window.
When you find a mod you want to install, simply click on the files tab of the mod's Nexus page and select the files / version you want to download, then click Download With Manager on those files.
Once the download completes and you have read all of the installation instructions provided by the creator, simply double-click on the mod or select it and press the Enable Mod button (the green checkmark on the left) to install and activate the mod.
When you've downloaded your mod files, use a file extracter such as WinRar or 7zip to extract the files into the Data folder. If your mod contains plugins, such as a .esp or .esm, simply copy those files into the data folder on their own. If the mod contains loose files - such as a folder lablelled "Meshes" or "Strings" or something - copy the entire folder into Data.
CBBE replaces the vanilla female body that all adult female characters (player and NPC) share, with one that is fully customizable with the BodySlide tool. By default there are three nude options available that don't require anything but installation, as well as lore-friendly underwear styles for these body shapes (using Beth's own unused underwear meshes). 2ff7e9595c
